We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

✅ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@petrolia.shop with your order number and reason for return. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective/damaged items).
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.
  • Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.

Refunds
